OUR CLASSES

⭐ Sweet Peas (Preschool)

A preschool educational gymnastics program designed to promote physical, social, and cognitive development in children six months to six years old. Classes target age-appropriate gymnastics activities that foster coordination, balance, core strength, bilateral awareness, and flexibility.

Classes have been created by experts in childhood development, paediatric neurology, paediatric occupational therapy, gymnastics, education and wellness for children.

⭐ GymZone

GymZone is a gymnastics program for kids in Prep – Year 12 with a focus on skill learning through creative activities on Bars, Beam, Vault, Floor, Trampoline, and Rings. This program is suitable for all skill levels.

Designed to allow gymnasts to develop the strength, coordination, and flexibility it takes to reach a high level of gymnastics, while only training for one or two sessions per week. Learn skills from rolls, cartwheels, and handstands to flips, saults, and tumbling.

GymZone follows a personal skill-tracking system that teaches positive goal setting!

⭐ NinjaZone

NinjaZone has a progressive levels system with the freedom for kids to advance and learn at their own pace. This class will put your child’s energy to good use!
