  • Will the AI talk to parents without me?

    It answers from information you've approved, collects their details and hands over to you. You see every conversation and can jump in any time.

  • Do parents pay booking fees?

    No. Kidsbook takes no commission on bookings through your own pages when you are on the Pro subscription. Standard Stripe card processing still applies (1.70% + A$0.30).

  • I already have a website. Can I keep it?

    Yes, embed your bookings and forms into it.

  • What happens to my existing customers?

    Import them with a CSV, or we move them across for you.

  • Can I use my own domain?

    Yes.
