Questions
What happens to my existing customers?
Import them with a CSV: a header row and one row per parent or per kid, with the parent's name, email and phone and each kid's name and date of birth. Duplicates on email or phone are skipped.
Can I use my own stages?
Yes. Statuses are yours to add, rename, recolour and reorder under Settings, Statuses, and a status move can start a sequence.
Can my team see the same history?
Yes. Invite them from Settings, Team with a role. Instructors see the day to day pages but not Reports or any money and plan settings, and every action is recorded with who did it.
