Is it really commission free?
On the Pro subscription, yes: Kidsbook takes no fee on bookings through your own pages, website and embeds. Stripe's card processing (1.70% + A$0.30 on Australian cards, more on international cards) still applies. Bookings from your Kidsbook listing carry a 20% marketplace fee instead.
I already have a website. Can parents book there?
Yes. An embed puts your activity list, timetable or memberships on any website with two lines of code, and the booking happens inside it. Every activity also has its own booking link, and the link never changes.
What happens to the money when I cancel a session?
You choose, for each family: credit for next time, a refund to their card through Stripe, part of each, or nothing. Every refund and credit is recorded on the family's record.
