The Kickstart philosophy is built on the understanding that children love to have fun and love getting better at whatever they are doing. Once they feel they are gaining success and having fun at the same time they want to keep coming back and subsequently then gain further success. If children are taught to complete a skill correctly at the start then they will practice the correct skill in the backyard or in the park or even in the house (if they can get away with it). This Snowball Effect brings a stronger skill level, which

Encourages more play

Improves confidence

Leads to future success

The momentum will then keep on building upon itself The Snowball effect.

Sports Kickstart has been delivering programs to clubs and schools alike since 1999 and it's the most established brand in its segment. Trusted by over 300 schools and 30 community clubs over the years, Kickstarts clients include The Scots College, Kambala, SCEGGS, The Western Sydney Wanderers and Central Coast Mariners just to name a few.

Kickstart differentiates itself with its pioneering use of best practice systems in the coaching industry and most important, the fact that all our staff are carefully selected through our Recruitment, Training and Immersion process (RTI). We are always looking for those special individuals with what we call infectious happiness, those with the power to excite and inspire young minds and bodies.
