The Lane Cove 12ft Sailing Skiff Club is a welcoming, family-focused, and not-for-profit sailing club in Longueville, operating since 1918. With nearly 400 members, the club offers sailing opportunities for both kids and adults, featuring senior classes like 12ft Skiffs, Cherubs, and Lasers, and junior classes like Flying Elevens and Sabots. Every Saturday from September to April, up to 80 skiffs and dinghies race on the Lane Cove River. The club also runs popular Learn to Sail programs during school holidays, introducing kids aged 8-18 to the fun and excitement of sailing.
