At The Ironfist Gym in Mansfield, our Junior Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) and Muay Thai classes for children aged 5–12 are about far more than learning martial arts. Every class is designed to help children build confidence, resilience, focus, discipline and problem-solving skills that benefit them both on and off the mats.

In a fun, safe and supportive environment, kids learn to challenge themselves, work with others, develop respect and resilience, and grow in confidence while staying active and making new friends.
