Terrigal Physical Culture Club

Terrigal Physical Culture Club is located on the Central Coast of New South Wales and belongs to the BjP School of Physical Culture.

Terrigal Physie is provides age appropriate, fun, inclusive, family focused dance classes for girls and women ages two to 60 plus. Physical Culture (or Physie as it is now more commonly known) is a fusion of dance and sport that aims to build confidence, good posture, strength, fitness and flexibility. Physie is a combination of various dance types all choreographed by BjP Physical Culture to the latest, age appropriate music.

Individual and team competitions are held throughout the year. These are not compulsory but we do encourage members to participate.
