Sparta Gymnastics delivers high-quality gymnastics programs that help children build strength, coordination and confidence in a supportive and welcoming environment. With qualified coaches and structured programs, every child is encouraged to grow at their own pace. We are an affiliated gymnastics club with Gymnastics Australia (GA) and Gymnastics Victoria (GV). We are very proud of our strong recreational program for every child, teenager and adult.

👶 Kindergym (18 months – 4 years)

A parent-assisted introduction to movement, focusing on climbing, rolling, swinging and jumping to develop coordination, balance and confidence.

🎨 Kindergym Unassisted (4 – 5 years)

For children ready to participate independently, these classes introduce basic gymnastics skills such as balance, handstands and cartwheels while building listening and social skills.

🤸 Gym Fun (5 – 7 years)

A fun and structured introduction to gymnastics where children develop fundamental skills across all apparatus while improving strength and body awareness.

💪 Gym Skills (8 – 9 years)

Progressive skill development classes focused on technique, strength and confidence using bars, beam, floor and vault.

🔥 Gym Master (10+ years)

Designed for older children who want to further develop their gymnastics skills in a positive and motivating environment.

💥 Flip Kidz (5+ years)

A high-energy class combining gymnastics skills with obstacle-style movement — perfect for kids who love to flip, jump and stay active.

🌪️ Tumbling (8+ years)

Specialised tumbling classes focused on rolls, handsprings, flips and aerial skills to build power, coordination and control.

🤝 Acrobatics, GymStar Competitive Pathways (Invite Only)

Advanced training opportunities for gymnasts ready to progress into acrobatics or competitive programs.

We also run Holiday Programs, Holiday Skills Workshops, Birthday Parties.
