ABOUT US
Seishin Zenryoku – Southside Martial Arts Academy train out of the Cornubia Park Sports Centre and services the Surrounding area.
Head Instructor Sensei Ashley Densmore is a fully accredited martial arts instructor through the Martial Arts Industry Association (MAIA). He also holds a Blue Cards issued by the Commission for Young People and a First Aid and CPR Certificate.
The club is a traditional Shotokan Karate based style with classes for children and adults. We welcome beginners and experienced martial artists.
OUR INSTRUCTOR
Ashley Densmore
Sensei Ashley Densmore has been training with Kioshi Shane Degney since 2006. He obtained his black belt in 2011 and 3rd Dan in 2019.
Sensei Ashley has an accredited instructor certification with the MAIA. He also holds a current Blue Card and First Aid Certificate.
Highlights of his martial arts career include winning the 2019 National Title and has competed in tournaments locally, Interstate, Nationally and Internationally.
