We believe martial arts are for everyone, not just athletes. Our kids and teens programs are designed to be fun, engaging, and full of benefits beyond learning self-defence.

• Muay Thai / Kickboxing (Ages 7–15) – Exciting classes that build fitness, discipline, and confidence.

• Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Ages 7+) – Hands-on training kids love, teaching grappling, submissions, and resilience.

• Leadership Programs – Three levels of leadership and assistant instructor training, helping juniors develop communication, listening, and confidence skills that extend beyond the mats.
