What do we do?
I am Rezhan a martial arts instructor/personal trainer and to kick off 2017 I am happy to announce that I will now be running indoor group classes to anyone who is willing to learn!
WHY RMA?
Students will gain numerous lifelong skills such as confidence, discipline and self-control. They will learn to focus their physical and mental strength to achieve their goals and build a foundation of practical martial arts to help defend themselves in any real life situation.
RMA focuses first on an individual's health however students will also learn elements of Spirituality, Philosophy, life lessons, humility and compassion. The classes will also cover fitness, martial arts and a foundation to build their lives upon and become leaders!
Students will learn many styles of martial arts such as:
Karate, Kung Fu, Taekwondo, Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, Wrestling, Street Self Defence, Tai Chi, Chinese Medicine, Chi Gong, etc.
