What We Teach

Wing Chun is the original mixed martial art system. It was developed hundreds of years ago when a group of Shaolin masters using different martial arts styles came together and created a new, more practical combat system. Wing Chun Kung Fu uses scientific principles that do not require brute strength to be effective.

Today the traditional principals and methods are complemented with modern sports science. Students learn a complete martial arts system where tradition and reality combine.

In our classes, students will learn proper technique, improve their physical fitness, and develop discipline and confidence. We offer a range of programs for kids, families, and adults, so there is something for everyone.
