★ Kinder Matts

Specialized Martial Arts classes for children aged 2-4years. Teaches them fundamental movement skills including balance & co-ordination all while learning to focus and develop self control in a fun engaging way.

★ Mighty Matts

Specialized Martial Arts classes for children aged 4-7years. Teaches them important life skills including respect, discipline, focus, self control whilst having fun.

★ Juniors

Martial Arts classes for students aged 8-13 years. Students will learn self defense, respect, focus, self control, they’ll build confidence and most importantly have fun and meet new people.

★ Adults

Classes for adults and teens aged 13+. Learn Martial Arts whilst gaining fitness and leading important life lessons and skills. Have fun meet new friends and get fit!

Welcome to the MF Martial Arts Caloundra.

MF Caloundra is a family run an operated Martial Arts school based in Caloundra since 2013. We offer classes from as young as 2years of age and above. We cater for all abilities and skill levels! It’s never to early or to late to start.

Students at the MF Caloundra learn life skills such as Respect, Discipline, Goal setting, Concentration, Stranger Danger, Self control and lots more. But most importantly they do it whilst having fun in a warm and welcoming environment.

MF Caloundra incorporates a combination of techniques and principles from a variety of martial arts styles, including: Karate, Kickboxing, Tae Kwon Do, martial arts weapons and Kung Fu - all of which provides our students with a well-balanced self-defence system. Bringing together the best of a range of styles into an integrated system.
