What do we do?

Looking for a fun activity that can teach your child confidence, respect, discipline and camaraderie? Martial Arts is great way to introduce your kids to a sport with benefits that will stay with them for the rest of their lives. As an age-specific program, classes are divided into groups that meet each child’s developmental, physical, social and emotional needs.

We also offer personal training to kids and adults, exciting MMA Holiday Camps outside of term-time and the most popular of all- our Karate Birthday Party where the cake is cut in a ritual with a real Samurai sword.

Available for Parties
- If you are tired of going to the local soft play centre or fast food restaurant and watching the kids play the same old games, then let us help you create an experience that your child will never forget!
Your child and all his/her friends can become little ninjas for the day and have the best party they've ever had! We play Karate based games and do exciting competitions. We'll keep all the kids busy for 1 and a half hours so you've got nothing to worry about!
All parties include a specialised karate training session taken by our professional instructors where the birthday boy/girl are the star. They also include party games, karate birthday invitations for their friends and to end the party a supervised thrilling cake cutting ceremony with your child using a real samurai sword!
- We do all the work so parents can sit back, relax and enjoy the party.

- Mosman Martial Arts Academy parties are available for kids of all ages and experience levels
Although the theme, of course, is Martial Arts, our birthday parties have constant reinforcement that martial arts is not to be misused and throughout the party the children will learn about some of our many Leadership & Life skills such as self-discipline, focus and respect.
WE PROVIDE:
- Cool karate invitations (CLICK here to download the electronic version)
- Cool Ninja Party headbands (Hachimaki)
- The venue (our karate dojo)
- Up to three experienced party organizers (minimum one black belt instructor)
- Cups, plates, napkins
- Optional: pizza and drinks for the kids
- Optional: 10 minutes DEMO of the martial art of your choice for $60: Boxing, Kickboxing, Karate or Traditional Japanese Weapons
Optional: professional photographer for 1 hour, otherwise don’t forget to bring your camera :)
The parties take place on Wednesdays and Saturdays for one and a half hours. They can be booked at the following times:

COST
With food & drinks included:
- $570 for up to 15 children + $19 per extra child
Without food & drinks:
- $495 for up to 15 children + $16 per extra child
Once you have decided that you would like a karate party you will need to book at least 2 weeks in advance of the date that you want the party. We recommend that you try and book much earlier (i.e. 4~6 weeks in advance). We do not want to disappoint any of our Karate Kids by being unavailable.
