Our Gracie Bullyproof® classes prepare children for school and life by pairing fun activities with valuable lessons. Kids develop focus, discipline, respect, and confidence while learning practical self-defence skills.

🥷 Gracie Jiu-Jitsu (Adults)

Our adult programs teach 36 Gracie Combatives® techniques for real-world self-defence. No prior experience is needed—classes are designed for beginners and advanced students alike, helping everyone progress at their own pace while building strength, discipline, and confidence.

🛡️ Women Empowered

This program teaches women practical self-defence strategies, awareness skills, and risk assessment. With a supportive environment, students gain confidence while learning how to protect themselves effectively.
