👧 Kids Program (GBK)
Our Kids Program introduces children to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a fun, safe, and age-appropriate way. With Little Champions (5–9 years) and Juniors (10–15 years), kids learn confidence, discipline, and respect while practising self-defence, takedowns, and ground techniques. Classes are structured to keep children engaged, active, and growing both on and off the mats.
🧩 Jiu-Jitsu Fundamentals (GB1)
Perfect for beginners, GB1 builds the foundation of Jiu-Jitsu. Students learn self-defence, core techniques, and the philosophy of Gracie Barra in a supportive environment. This program sets the stage for progression to advanced levels.
⚡ Advanced Jiu-Jitsu (GB2)
For students ready to go beyond the basics, GB2 introduces advanced techniques, No-Gi training, and live sessions. Eligibility requires at least 3 stripes on a white belt, ensuring students have the skills to take on more complex drills.
🌟 Expert Jiu-Jitsu (GB3)
The highest level of training at Gracie Barra schools, GB3 challenges students with intense sessions and advanced drills. Open to blue belts and above, this program is designed for those committed to mastering their Jiu-Jitsu journey.
🤝 Private Classes
One-on-one training tailored to your goals—whether refining techniques, preparing for competition, or accelerating progress. Private sessions provide personalised feedback and deeper insight into your practice.
