Gold Coast Chito-Ryu Karate is now taking new enrollments at our Ashmore Dojo. With a dedicated team of instructors ready to help you achieve your full potential, the path to your black belt has never been clearer.
Karate is a great way to get fit and learn valuable skills for life at the same time. Due to the diverse range of motion required for karate you will find it is an excellent way to tone up all parts of your body, and develop core strength and fitness. Mentally, the benefits of self-belief, self-discipline and a strong spirit will soon transcend into all aspects of your life.

WHY CHITO-RYU KARATE?
It is widely recognised that the Martial Arts have far reaching benefits that go beyond the self-defence aspects. Participants learning the Martial Arts worldwide attest to an overall improved lifestyle from their training.
