At Dynamic Martial Arts, we’re a family-run school dedicated to helping kids (and parents too!) grow in confidence, respect, and resilience. With programs designed for every age, we make learning martial arts fun, practical, and meaningful—so the lessons carry through to home, school, and everyday life.

👶 Preschoolers (4–5)

Our youngest students build focus, listening skills, and co-ordination through playful drills and a unique badge system. Parents love seeing these skills shine at home and kinder too!

🎈 Dynamic Kids (5–8)

Kids stay active while learning respect, confidence, and self-defence basics. With our belt system, they gain a sense of achievement and a “never give up” attitude that supports family values and school success.

🚀 Dynamic Juniors (8–12)

Juniors develop anti-bullying strategies, self-esteem, and practical self-defence. High-energy classes help them mature with confidence, while reinforcing respect and responsibility at home.

🔥 Dynamic Teens (13–17)

Teens tackle stress and build fitness through kickboxing and karate. Our program boosts discipline, confidence, and self-control—helping them face school and life challenges with strength.

💪 Dynamic Adults (18+)

Parents can join too! Adults enjoy fitness, self-defence, and mental sharpness. Training together keeps families connected and motivated: “A family that trains together, stays together.”

Founded by Sensei Chris Malloy, who has over 30 years of martial arts experience, Dynamic Martial Arts has been serving families since 2000. Chris and his wife Kylie have built a welcoming, family-focused community where every student is cared for. Their mission is simple: tackle bullying, build confidence, and teach respect—values that last a lifetime.
