OUR CLASSES

⭐ Kids (3+) & Teens BJJ Classes (13+)

In our Tots/Kids/Teens Martial Arts program your child will learn true self defence techniques. It also helps develop their character and self confidence in a secure and fun environment. It’s the most effective form of self defence and protection from bullying, builds confidence, self-belief and fitness in a fun, supportive, safe environment.

⭐ Adults BJJ and Kickboxing Classes (16+)

Our adult classes are for all shapes, sizes and ages. It teaches potentially life saving techniques of leverage and skill that anyone can use to take down an opponent. Age, weight, size isn’t a factor. We focus on leverage over strength. Fitness, weight control and an alternative to your traditional gym. All that while you socialise, have fun and build life-long friendships.

ABOUT US

We teach our students to respect for self, respect for others, and the ability to quickly and effectively defend themselves using grappling. BJJ uses leverage over strength. We’ll help your kids find that ‘quite a confidence’ that they’ll carry for the rest of their lives. Life skills that every child needs in today’s world.

We do it with care, discipline, and then effective martial arts techniques that are easily learned and never forgotten. You will belong to our Legion 13 Family!
