AcroPals is a vibrant and welcoming acrobatics school that teaches tumbling, aerials, flips and tricking in a high-energy, fun-filled environment. Our classes are open to children of all ages and abilities, from absolute beginners to advanced athletes, and are designed to help every child feel included, supported, and confident. Parents are always welcome to watch, and we’re proud of the family-friendly community we’ve created.

🌟 What Is Acrobatics?

Acrobatics focuses on the exciting floor-based skills you often see in gymnastics — such as tumbling, jumps, leaps and flips — blended with elements from dance, cheer, martial arts, and tricking. At AcroPals, we don’t use traditional gymnastics apparatus like beams or bars. Instead, we make the most of air tracks, trampolines, boxes, and soft landing mats, allowing children to explore movement safely while having loads of fun.

🎶 Fun, Themed Classes Every Week

Each week brings a new theme, keeping classes fresh and exciting. Children learn skills from a variety of disciplines, helping them become well-rounded athletes while building strength, coordination, flexibility and confidence. Our aim is not just skill development, but helping kids grow into happy, healthy and active humans.

🔥 What Does a Typical Class Look Like?

Classes begin with a themed game or challenge, followed by music-filled warm-ups focusing on balance, mobility and strength. As the session progresses, students work through age- and level-appropriate skills, from basic foundations to more advanced movements such as walkovers, aerials, handsprings and flips. Classes finish with a fun challenge, leaving younger children proud with a sticker and older students tired, smiling, and confident.
