At Matt Fiddes, we welcome children from 3 years old and adults to learn martial arts in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Our Family Programme allows parents and kids (7) to train together, boosting self-confidence, focus, and respect while enjoying physical fitness and making new friends. For the little ones, our Mighty Matts programme introduces 3-6-year-olds to the fun of martial arts. Beyond martial arts, we teach essential life skills like anti-bullying, stranger danger, and making positive choices, helping kids become well-rounded individuals.
