This program is designed to introduce young children to strategies that can help them cope with feelings such as anger, worry, brave, calm and sad.
What children will learn:
✨specific yoga poses that help them move through big emotions
✨regulation tools like breathing and mindfulness to feel calm and energised
✨participate in yoga games and stories
✨meditation practices that let them acknowledge and tap into what they are feeling
✨take home a workbook of useful regulation tools and strategies to continue to practice at home

Jess is a registered primary school teacher, kids yoga and meditation teacher having worked many years teaching children skills for regulation through yoga, breathing and mindfulness.
