Our awesome Party Host will take the kids through a range of fun choreographed workouts to AWESOME (family-friendly) music + super fun interactive activities! Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, Generation POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.
Generation POUND® was created not just as a workout geared towards kids, but a MOVEMENT that aims to change the concept of health and fitness for today’s youth. It’s about getting kids ready to make fitness about self-expression, empowerment, self-love, and FUN!
By introducing alternative ways to, MOVE, ROCK, PLAY, and MAKE NOISE!
I travel to your location, whether it be at your home, park, oval, or hired event space, in my quest of ensuring that Generation POUND reaches more kids so that they can soon see that fitness can be LOADS of fun!!!
The Birthday Girl/Boy will have the opportunity to be the instructor in front with me and teach their friends. Each child will also receive a ROCKSTAR Certificate at the end!

Space requirements:
There must be ample distance between kids to prevent the STIX from touching.
Floor requirements:
The kids ideally have their own yoga/exercise mats. If the kids don't have their own mats, please be guided by the acceptable party surfaces.
- Bamboo flooring
- If you're hiring a hall, the flooring all tends to be different, but absolutely fine.
- If the weather is good, a grass area is great.
- Rubber surfacing used in Playgrounds or under the Cola in Schools.
Floors to avoid:
- Wood floors in your home.
- Concrete / Bitumen / Tar as this damages the STIX.

Party Lights come into play, plus UV Lights to make everything GLOW!!!
In between our Workout & Activities, we will have a break for food/cake and the Birthday sing-along.
We recommend wearing white or bright clothes so that you glow bright!
