Overview

    Little RAVERS - AKA - Kids Clubbercise - is a fun, easy-to-follow dance workout taught in a darkened room using our Trademark LED Glow Sticks, UV & Disco Lights!

    This is exclusively for Ages 5 & Up - The playlist is set to Kids favourite dance & pop hits, along with a mix of party anthems from the 90's all the way through to the latest hits.

    This is a fun, social and creative way for kids to be active, build confidence, create and build friendships...And of course improve co-ordination.

    Grab your friends, put your brightest, most crazy...funky outfits on...AND LET'S PARTY!!!!

    Your awesome Party Host, Sam, will take the kids through a range of fun choreographed dance workouts to AWESOME (family-friendly) dance music + super fun interactive activities! Using Trademark LED Glow Sticks.

    We will have FUN, PLAY AWESOME GAMES, & HAVE DANCE BATTLES...You'll want to keep going!

    I travel to your location, whether it be at your home, or hired event space, in my quest of ensuring that Kids Clubbercise reaches more kids so that they can soon see that fitness can be LOADS of fun!!!

    The Birthday Girl/Boy will have the opportunity to be the instructor in front with me and teach their friends.
    Each child will also receive their own set of Trademark LED Glow Sticks, which they will get to take home with them + they will also receive a Clubbercise Certificate at the end!
    Kids & Parents are guaranteed to have TONS of fun!!!

    Space requirements:

    There must be ample distance between kids to prevent the Glow Sticks from touching.

    In between our Workout & Activities, we will have a break for food/cake and the Birthday sing-along.

    We recommend wearing white or bright clothes so that you glow bright!

    What’s Included:

    - Kids Clubbercise printable Party Invites.
    - Speakers
    - 1 x Pair of Clubbercise LED Battery operated Glow Sticks for each child, to keep.
    - Single use Glow Sticks to make bracelets/necklaces.
    - Interactive activities focusing on Teamwork, Confidence, Self Esteem, Leadership,
    Positivity…and more.
    - A personalised Kids Clubbercise Certificate for each child at the end!

    PRICING for up to 15 kids:
    - 2 Hours Package - $450.00: Kids Clubbercise GLOW Party with awesome interactive activities, a break for food, cake & the Birthday sing-along!

    Additional Kids:
    $30 per Child

    Extra Time:
    30 mins - $70.00
    60 mins - $140.00

Using specially designed Ripstix® (lightly weighted drumsticks), kids learn to drum, move, and play in a way that improves focus, teamwork, and physical fitness. They’ll boost their confidence, embrace creativity, and let off steam in a safe, supportive environment. Plus, it’s a sneaky way to get them off screens and into something active and fun! 🥁✨


2. Kids Clubbercise – Think glow sticks, disco lights, and dance hits! This vibrant dance workout is perfect for kids aged 6 and up. Taught in a darkened room with glowing LED sticks, kids groove to their favourite songs while improving coordination, social skills, and self-esteem. It’s a party every time! 🎉💃


Beyond our regular classes, Play Fit Stay Fit also brings the fun to events of all sizes—whether it’s birthday parties, school incursions, vacation care, after-school programs, sports clubs, or even corporate events. We’re super flexible and ready to create magical, memorable experiences wherever we go! 🎈
