Our CrossFit Kids Kids/ Teens program stresses quality movement through broad and inclusive activities, designed to promote fun fitness. This program is for ages 6 through 14 and focuses on providing Kids/ Teens with the opportunity to excel in their fitness and skill level.
TWA Kids is dedicated to creating a program that has a positive impact helping the kids grown cognitively and physically in all aspects. Empowering them to be the best possible version of themselves.
The skills and principles taught increase body awareness, metabolic conditioning, are ideal for kids and teens looking to improve their general physical well being, as well as those looking to gain an edge in their chosen sport.
We believe By teaching them mechanics and then the consistency of movement in a group environment, we help kids and teenagers become physically and mentally tough, and also establish life skills needed for the rigours of childhood and teen life.
*Our TWA Kids program is delivered in line with the School term, with each session running for 45 minutes.
