- Young Boxer or Kickboxer development, starting from the basics. Our Junior Program consists of fitness, foot movement, punching patterns and plenty of boxing games. Work on strength, co-ordination, balance, confidence and a positive mindset. All while making new friends in a fun, safe and inclusive environment.
Martial Arts help children channel their energy, learn respect and patience, improve self defence and overall fitness. Suitable for ages 9+
