    We strive to provide Teenager's with the imperative guidance necessary for their safety in the gym.

    Typically as students begin their fitness journey into gyms they are left to their own devices, with the confidence a teenager WITHOUT any experience.

    A recipe for disaster!

    This is were Hybrid Training's Teen Program comes in.

    Our highly experienced coaches get together to form a well rounded program for each term. We incorporate strength, flexibility, mobility, aerobic capacity, & balance specific to teens.

    Each and every program is run from start to finish with the guidance and watchful eyes our highly qualified coaches.

    This program runs 4 days a week (Monday to Thursday) after school starting at 4:15pm

    We are located 600m walk from Hornsby station making it easier for parents with drop off and pick ups as many students can be independent in their ability to attend.

    This program runs for each of the 4 terms (10 weeks / term)

HYBRID TEENS PROGRAM


You child/children may be active, play sport even excel in their chosen field.


However, we recognise that when it comes to supplementing their activities there is little available to chose from.


We recognise that many active teens may be at you to let them begin doing weights or join a gym.


As parents we understand the potential benefits as well as the risks! (something we all know teens gloss over!).


Our Teen program helps put your concerns to bed.


Our goal is to develop the body awareness of your not so little ones, teach them the fundamentals of lifting techniques, stability, introduce them to flexibility/mobility training (something that is nearly always neglected), improve their aerobic capacity, and of course strength!


Strength is the mother of all skills so let's not deny them the ability to get stronger and fitter but instead provide them with the right environment to reach their genetic potential.
