Overview

    BOXING CAMP – for 8-16 year olds (technique, padwork, bagwork, very active – STRICTLY NO CONTACT between participants!)

    Week 1: Monday 9th – Friday 13th January 12:30-4:30
    Week 2: Monday 16th – Friday 20th January 12:30-4:30
    Week 3: Monday 23rd – Wednesday 25th January

    4 hours: $70 per day; $175 for 3 days

    Teens Non-Contact Boxing for Fitness “Getting Fit, not Hit!” develops:

    ○ Co-ordination
    ○ Focus
    ○ Concentration
    ○ Confidence
    ○ Fitness for life

    In our Teens Non-Contact Boxing program, things are kept fun and fast! Participants stay motivated and engaged.

    What to wear/bring?

    Participants should wear sports clothes or ‘activewear’. Martial arts uniforms are also fine!
    These are energetic camps, so please pack a water bottle, towel, afternoon tea, lunch and extra snacks.
