Zumba with Tracy

Tracy has been Zumbering with kids 0 to 100 for over 14 years and is licensed to teach a range of Zumba classes.

Zumba combines fast and slow rhymes that help tone and sculpt the body. It is a mixture of low to high intensity moves that are used in an interval style process.

Tracy also runs AllAbilitiesDanz which can be enjoyed by Disability Groups, Aged Care Facilities, School Groups, Preschools, Individually or live via Zoom!
