Zone Martial Arts

Zone Martial Arts offers a diverse range of martial arts programs for kids, teens and adults in a welcoming, family-focused environment. Classes cater for complete beginners through to experienced martial artists, with training designed to develop confidence, fitness, discipline, coordination, practical self-defence skills and a strong mindset.

Programs include Little Dragons for younger children aged 2–6, Little Warriors, Taekyun, Taekwondo, MMA, Krav Maga, Haidong Gumdo, Hopaesool and weapons training. Students have the opportunity to experience both traditional and modern martial arts rather than being limited to a single style.

Taekyun develops movement, kicking, balance and traditional Korean martial arts skills. Haidong Gumdo focuses on Korean swordsmanship, including sword techniques, forms and controlled cutting skills. MMA combines striking, kicking, grappling and ground-based techniques, including elements commonly associated with kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Krav Maga focuses on practical self-defence and real-world applications, while Hopaesool introduces students to a unique traditional Korean martial art and weapon system.

Classes run throughout the week with programs organised by age, experience and training focus. All-ages classes are also available, making it possible for families to train at the same martial arts school.

Zone Martial Arts provides flexible training options and opportunities to participate in multiple styles. New students are welcome, and no previous martial arts experience is required to get started.
