ABOUT US
We provide martial arts classes for kids and adults in the Illawarra & Wollongong districts.
The centres floors are fully matted for your comfort with a Fully Equipped Gym including Weights and Arch Trainers, Punching Bags, Shields and Shower Facilities.
Our instructors all offer their own unique style and we can provide kids karate & martials classes, adult karate lessons in a fun atmosphere.
