Our training is non-contact which means that you don't have to hit or be hit by anybody to learn. No two classes are the same so you will never be bored!
OUR PROGRAMS
⭐ Boys & Girls (Ages 5-12)
KIDS TAEKWONDO is a unique program taught only in our Academy. It is one of the best confidence building martial arts programs available in Australia today. Each lesson is carefully designed to teach children the basics of World Taekwondo in a child friendly and controlled environment that stimulates their interest and maximises their potential.
EVERY CHILD EXPERIENCES SUCCESS Even the shy and nervous ones will become more outgoing and develop positive social behaviours. The program builds children's confidence by teaching them how to handle aggression, avoid fighting and act responsibly.
BULLY PROOF Most children who experience bullying feel powerless, anxious, depressed and even angry. Their learning and attendance at school suffer. Many children handle bullying by doing nothing, withdrawing and in some cases even blaming themselves. Our program can help build their strength and enhance their physique while we teach them how to stand strong and walk & talk with confidence.

FIT BODY - FIT MIND Our unique training will help you discover your inner strength. You will increase your flexibility, coordination, fitness, focus and overall confidence.

NO PRE-REQUISITES New members welcome throughout the year, no need to be flexible, fit or strong to start. Individualised attention from friendly experienced Instructors right from day one.
BENEFITS Unlimited training and free additional access to all training centres. No fixed term contracts; start and stop anytime.
No need to have a uniform to start training; when you are ready we have uniforms available at the centres.
