Our mission at Woodriver Studios is to guide and mentor our students through the challenges involved in learning an instrument while making the lessons as enjoyable, accessible and rewarding as possible.

After all, learning a musical instrument is fun, exciting and all about overcoming challenges. With every challenge we overcome, our instrument becomes more fulfilling and enjoyable, allowing us to continually learn, grow and discover our own creative voice.

Our team of passionate teachers understand that learning an instrument isn’t just about learning a new skill, it’s also a journey of self-expression, conquering fears, building confidence, meeting new people and most of all, just having a lot of fun.

ABOUT US

Woodriver Studios is a professional recording studio and music tuition school founded by three best mates - Isaac, Joe and Liam. Since 2016, their ever-growing team have hosted community events, recorded many local and national acts, as well as provided music education for the Newcastle community since 2016.

Having moved to a bigger and better space in 2020, the team is looking forward to expanding their community, taking on more creative opportunities and sharing their passion for music and education.
