🥋 Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

At our academy, we welcome children from as young as 3 years old into our kids’ program. Whether your child is a beginner or keen to compete, our classes run Monday through Saturday and are grouped by age, weight, and ability to ensure safe and effective training.

👊 Learning Techniques & Skills

The art of Jiu-Jitsu equips kids with practical self-defence skills, especially from the ground and in compromised positions. Our curriculum includes:

- Fundamental techniques

- Coordination drills

- Physical games

- Partner grappling

We follow the International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation (IBJJF) graduation system for belt progression, giving kids clear goals and milestones.

Martial arts is about more than self-defence—it builds confidence, respect, and resilience. We provide a safe, supportive environment where kids learn discipline, teamwork, and community, celebrating achievements together.

🥋 Kids Fundamental Martial Arts – Kickfit Program

- Junior Kickfit Level 1 (Age 3+) – Fun classes combining warm-ups, games, techniques, and stretching to build confidence, focus, and respect.

- Kickfit Level 2 (Age 5+) – Builds on Level 1 with more advanced striking techniques, coordination, and fitness. Coaches assess readiness for progression.
