CHILDREN'S CLASSES

YOGA & MINDFULNESS

Not just a yoga class, this is a guided self-discovery process that empowers children to become self-aware through a variety of activities that support unity of self and promote wellbeing. When children begin to wonder about the language of their feelings (bodies & sensory messages), their thoughts (mind & thought patterns). and their actions (behaviors & issues) they are able to navigate life situations with an inner ease and outer confidence. This self-knowledge establishes foundations for lifelong wellbeing. This 7-week program allows children to understand that their behaviors and actions all have meaning and provides a map to the feelings and thoughts behind the behavior.  Suitable for primary aged children. 

Kylie is a trained PURE WONDER teacher & holds an advanced diploma in ART THERAPY and Cert IV in Remedial yoga.

ART CLASSES

Led by an art therapist these classes are less focused on the aesthetics of the end product and more focus is towards the journey and learning to use art as a form of expression rather than making it look like any one thing.
