Welcome Space is a wellness studio nestled between rainforest and beach in Hallidays Point on Biripi and Worimi country, Mid North Coast of NSW.

With daily classes of yoga, dance, music, meditation and sound healing, Welcome Space is a creative sanctuary for the community to practice and awaken the full potential of the human mind, body and spirit.

OUR CLASSES

✨ Rhythm & Moves 3-6yrs

A combination of body percussion and full body movement, using creative play to attune fine motor skills and rhythm whilst boosting confidence.

✨ Beats & Grooves 7yrs+

A combination of body percussion and full body movement, using creative play to attune fine motor skills and rhythm whilst boosting confidence.

✨ Teen Improvisation & Choreography

This class is an empowering practice of stepping into the unknown in a safe space. Cultivate creativity, presence and deep physical listening through exercises in improvisation and composition of space and time. The participants will develop skills in collaboration, physical/spacial awareness, choreography, empowered choice making and performance practice.

Welcome Space is a new studio nestled between rainforest and beach in Hallidays Point. Offering a creative sanctuary for the community to practice and awaken the full potential of the human mind, body and spirit.

Our intention is to inspire our community by offering ways to connect to self through movement, breath and nature. Through a diverse range of classes, workshops and events, we endeavour to create a nurturing hub for our community to unite and celebrate life.

We are a loving family run business, aspiring to inspire all walks of life to lead enriched lives through physical, mindful and creative practices. Welcome Space has been our vision for our community since moving to Halliday’s Point in 2018. With 25+ year careers in the performing arts and experience teaching dance, yoga and now vibrational therapies, we are committed to share our combined knowledge.

Our beautiful garden studio is situated on Biripi/Worimi country and backs onto the littoral rainforest leading to both Black Head and Shelly beaches. We acknowledge the traditional custodians of this land, the Gathang speaking people and their elders past, present and future, and we are so grateful to be living and working in this paradise.
