🥋 About Shotokan Karate

Shotokan Karate offers more than just self-defence—it builds fitness, coordination, confidence, and discipline for students as young as 4 years old. Known as the “Club of Champions,” our program is designed to teach life skills and personal development while providing effective and rewarding training for all ages.

We combine modern coaching methods with the traditional values of discipline and respect to maximise results. As one of the few clubs in South Australia with a direct lineage to Japan, we provide authentic Shotokan training that connects students to the roots of this martial art.
