👶 Little-Ones (3–4 years)

Our youngest program introduces children to the basics of self-defence in a fun and accessible way. These classes build confidence, discipline, respect, and social skills while encouraging physical fitness through playful activities.

🧒 Bright-Ones (5–8 years)

Dynamic and energetic, this program focuses on essential principles of self-defence, discipline, and respect. Kids enjoy vigorous training while having fun, building confidence and resilience along the way.

👦 Super-Ones (9–12 years)

Designed to challenge and inspire, this program pushes students to grow in martial arts techniques, fitness, and flexibility. It’s a demanding yet rewarding class that helps children develop strength and perseverance.

👩‍🎓 Juniors – All-Ones (13–15 years)

Teenagers gain confidence and discipline as they prepare for the transition into young adulthood. This program focuses on self-belief, respect, and resilience, helping teens navigate growth while building martial arts skills.
