Our curriculum focuses on traditional karate and other martial arts, blending technique with the values of body, mind, and spirit. Students spend most of each class learning skills that improve focus, discipline, and confidence, while also building lifelong habits that support health and wellbeing.

We offer age-specific programs designed to meet children’s needs:

- Karate Cubs (Ages 3–5) – Fun, playful introduction to martial arts.

- Junior Martial Arts (Ages 5–12) – Building confidence and self-defence skills.

- Junior Boxing (Ages 5–12) – Fitness and discipline through boxing basics.

- Junior Muay Thai (Ages 5–12) – Energy-packed classes for strength and focus.

- All Age Weapons (Ages 7+) – Safe and structured training in traditional martial arts weaponry.
