🥋 TK Martial Arts Academy – Eastwood

🌟 About Us

Founded in 2011 by Master Chongwei Zhang at Eastwood Public School, TK Martial Arts Academy carries forward the rich traditions of Chinese martial arts. Master Zhang began his journey much earlier, establishing the Shanghai TK Martial Arts Club in 2001 after retiring from the Shanghai Professional Wu-Shu Team. His teachings draw from the ancient martial arts family Wu Ji Men, blending heritage with modern training.

With decades of experience, Master Zhang offers students a chance to explore multiple martial arts styles, focusing not only on physical skill but also on discipline, respect, and personal growth.

📖 About Chinese Martial Arts

Chinese martial arts trace their origins back over 4,000 years, with legends attributing the earliest systems to the Yellow Emperor Huangdi. Over centuries, these arts have evolved under many names—Wu-Gong, Wu-Yi, Wu-Shu, Kung-Fu, Guo-Shu—but their essence remains the same: a blend of combat skill, philosophy, and discipline.

💖 Why Families Love Us

Parents appreciate TK Martial Arts Academy because it’s more than just training—it’s a cultural and personal journey. Students gain confidence, discipline, and resilience while learning authentic martial arts traditions. Families see their children grow stronger, healthier, and more focused, with skills that extend far beyond the dojo.
