Every class begins with a focus exercise to help students become present, and ends with ‘Thrive Time’, where they reflect on what they’ve learned before a calming cool down. This unique structure ensures students leave class feeling confident, balanced, and proud of their progress.

We offer a wide range of classes tailored to different ages and levels:

⭐ Ballet Grades 1–5, Intermediate & Open Ballet

⭐ Contemporary (Pre-Junior to Pre-Senior)

⭐ Troupes (Pre-Teen & Pre-Senior)

⭐ Jazz (Pre-Junior to Pre-Senior)

Our strong focus on ballet and contemporary provides the foundation for all dance styles, building technical strength, versatility, and injury prevention. Students are supported whether they dance as a hobby or aspire to pursue tertiary education and professional careers.

🎭 Performance Week

At the end of each term, parents and friends are invited to watch classes during Performance Week. This gives students regular opportunities to set goals, showcase their progress, and build confidence performing in front of an audience.
