The Sconery

At the Sconery we run a number of fun and creative baking parties and classes for Kids :

1. Kids Cupcake parties ( 2.5 hours including a 30 mins break ) :

Kids will learn how to mix and bake cupcakes from our Chef. While the cakes are in the oven, the kids will be treated with a snack and a drink from our Cafe. Once the cupcakes are baked, we will let their imagination run wild with cupcake decorations. Each child will take home 6 beautifully decorated cupcakes.

2. Kids Biscuits & Chocolate crackles parties ( 2hrs including a 30 mins break ) : Dough making, Gingerbread men, biscuit shapes & Chocolate crackles

In this class the kids will be taught how to make the all important cookie dough. While the biscuits are in the oven & the crackles are setting, the kids will be treated with a scones and a drink from our Cafe. It is a hands on class where all the kids are encourage to roll their sleeves up and start rolling the dough !!!! This class is specially designed for kids between 4 yrs old to 6 yrs old.

3. Cupcake Decorating parties ( 1.5 hours including a 30 mins break ) :

Kids will learn how decorate cupcakes from our Chef. Using our very own butter cream, the kids will learn to pipe all sort of designs on their cupcake. There will be fondant and fondant cutters to embellish their creations with. Not to mention plenty of sprinkles, edible glitters, sparkles, popping candy and shimmering dust for their imagination to run wild. Each child will take home 6 beautifully decorated cupcakes at the end of the class. It's the perfect kids party for kids any age !!

We will supply the all of the ingredients and aprons for the kids. All kids will be supervised at all times in the kitchen. However we do encourage the parents to come along so they can share this experience with their kids as well.

During the 30mins break, the kids will be served with Fresh Juices and scones with cream and jam. You are more than welcome to bring a birthday cake to cut during the break. Alternatively you can order a birthday cake from our cake selections which can be found here.

At the end of the class, they will all leave with their delicious creations !!!!

Kids parties can be held on Sat after 12pm or anytime on Sunday !

Due to Covid restrictions we can only accommodate the following numbers :
