The Little Art Company

The Little Art Company is a welcoming creative studio dedicated to nurturing a love of visual arts for children and families across the Central West. Founded in Parkes in 2012, the studio was created to give creative kids and adults a place to explore their imagination, express themselves and build confidence through art. Now based in Canowindra since 2020, The Little Art Company continues to grow as a colorful, inspiring space where creativity is celebrated and shared.

With a strong focus on children’s learning and enjoyment, the studio offers a range of engaging, hands-on art classes designed to suit different ages and interests. Art Essentials is perfect for budding young artists, offering eight-week term classes that gently introduce art elements, creative techniques and a touch of art history. For preschoolers, Mini Da Vinci’s provides a playful introduction to art, helping little ones develop fine-motor skills, imagination and confidence in a fun and supportive environment.

For children who love getting crafty, Craft-a-noons bring traditional, hands-on crafts back to life. These eight-week term classes encourage creativity, social connection and screen-free fun, giving kids the chance to create, chat and collaborate with friends. During school holidays, families can also enjoy a variety of School Holiday Workshops, featuring exciting activities such as drawing, painting, craft and sculpture – perfect for keeping kids inspired and happily busy.

At its heart, The Little Art Company is about inspiring creativity, building skills and giving children a positive outlet to explore their artistic side. It’s a place where families know their children are supported, encouraged and free to create something truly their own.
