The Curious Rabbit is home to a huge range of events for the curious including life drawing, art classes, art and craft workshops, literary events, poetry nights, improv theatre, music, drag and food feasts. You never know what you’ll come across at The Curious Rabbit!

The Curious Rabbit is a contemporary art gallery exhibiting an ever changing range of works by emerging and established local artists. Every time you come to The Curious Rabbit you will be delighted by something new.

ART CLASSES

The Curious Rabbit is home to an art school. We offer a variety of classes suitable for all ages and abilities across a range of mediums.

If you find yourself saying “I’ve always wanted to join an art class”, now is the time to take the plunge. Your teachers at The Curious Rabbit are professional, friendly, approachable, and provide a structured program in a relaxed learning environment. Being curious and experimenting using your own style is encouraged.

We hold classes and workshops in a range of mediums including painting, drawing, photography, colour and composition techniques as well as craft workshops.

★ The Wild Rabbit

In the warmer months you can join us outside to capture the beautiful surrounds of Wagga. Guided by our teacher you will explore the challenges and joys of natural light. Every second Sunday of the month.

★ After School Art Classes

If you have a primary school student who loves to draw and paint then we would love to help them with their artistic curiosity! Developing their skills week by week creating a number of unique art pieces. Wednesdays 4-5.30pm

★ Private Lessons

We also offer one on one tutorials with specialised art coaches working in the medium of your choice. If you would like to use art as a way to connect with your creativity in an open environment we can provide individual and group classes through NDIS funding.

★ Group Lessons

If you want something fun to do with your family and friends we can put together an art class for you. Choose a still life or an image to recreate and we can walk you through the steps to your own unique masterpiece. Minimum of 5 people. Food and beverage packages can also be arranged.
