The Boss Boxing is an Indigenous-owned gym that welcomes people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities. Our motto, Enable. Empower. Equip., reflects our commitment to helping people build strength, confidence, resilience, and community through sport. Our gym isn’t just about fitness — we also provide mentoring, community support, and programs for youth and families in the local area.

👦👧 Kids & Youth Programs

We offer specially designed programs for children and teens, helping them build coordination, confidence, and fitness in a safe and supportive environment.

Little Warriors (5–9 years): Short sessions for younger kids to get active, learn basic skills, and build confidence.

Young Warriors (10–12 years): Fun sessions to develop strength, agility, and early boxing skills.

Rising Warriors (Teens 13+): Classes focused on fitness, stamina, technique, and mental focus.

No previous experience is needed — everyone is welcome.
