What do we do?

CERAMIC PAINTING STUDIO IN SYDNEY: Ceramic hand painting is our passion at Tennyson Studio, and we can’t wait to share it with you.

At Tennyson Studio we offer a diverse range of activities for kids:

* Weekly classes : Kids art classes using Acrylics, watercolours, Oil and chalk pastels, Canvas painting and Clay hand building.

* School holiday workshops : offered with all these available on different days to keep the kids creatively healthy and active.

Come in and indulge yourself with the many ceramic classes, pottery painting workshops, and classes we have on offer in Sydney.

All of our painting classes and workshops are held at Tennyson Studio in Gladesville, only a few minutes from Ryde.

No painting experience is needed, so call today and start your painting journey!

Brand New Play with Clay Handbuilding classes.

Let’s PLAY WITH CLAY one-off WORKSHOPS are also available where we all work on the same technique and project. Get your hands dirty and come play with clay. We are now starting Clay Hand Building workshops that will run on certain dates for you to create your own handmade pieces out of a lump of clay, then can paint and glaze.

    KIDS PAINTING BIRTHDAY PARTIES SYDNEY

    Kids Birthday Parties: 4 packages to choose from for all budgets. Minimum of 12 kids.

    At Tennyson Studio we let the children design and create whatever they desire on their pieces which are prechosen before the day by party parents. We just help them get inspired. All pieces can go into the dishwasher, the microwave, and into the oven. All pieces will be boxed up and picked up 10 to 12days later as we will need to glaze and fire them.

    We at Tennyson Studio are unique as we create a fun and Creative Party within a ceramic painting party, we will start the party with an art class where children will draw on tho their pieces in pencil then we guide them with painting in underglazes in a step by step session. All the pencil will disappear when the pieces are fired in the kiln. We order pizza an hour into the party.

    We have a Bluetooth speaker so you may pair your phone with the children playlist which we use for party games and during after our painting sessions for party games, and yes there is even dancing if time permits.
    There are 4 packages to choose from for all budgets: If the children have any allergies we recommend you ask the parents to provide a packed lunch for them.

    We will also provide you with Digital Party Invitations once a deposit is taken with a credit card at the studio.

    All Packages include a personalized signature plate made for the birthday child worth $95 and given as a gift.

    - Pack 2:
    Kids Dinner plate Approx. 26cm round. Price : $43.50 Per person (includes pizza and drinks)

    - Pack 3:
    Drinking Mug OR Cup Cake Box. Price: $45 Per person (includes pizza and drinks)

    - Pack 4:
    Large Jewel box as pic. or equivalent when Not Available. Price $48 per person (includes pizza and drinks)

    » Minimum of 12 kids, Maximum 20 kids: must be 6 years and over
    » Party lasts 2.5hrs

    We also do Handbuilding with Clay 2.5 hrs of play with Clay where we guide the children to create a bowl or a mug. Leave their creations with us to dry and then we fire and glaze them with clear glaze . Cost is $60 per child minimum of 10 children.

    Canvas painting for kids parties are fun and creative way for children to learn to paint with canvas and acrylic paints in a guided step by step instructed session. They can pre choose a piece from us and that’s what we will paint in the day . Cost is $60 per child
