Sterntaler Equestrian

Sterntaler Equestrian Services is a professionally operated riding school conveniently located at Buchanan, minutes from the Hunter Valley.

We welcome riders of all ages and levels of experience. We pride ourselves in providing quality riding and horsemanship instruction on our own well trained, experienced school horses and ponies, or you may wish to bring your own horse.

Our instructors are very encouraging & experienced at teaching beginner and intermediate level riders in all aspects of horse riding as well as tuition in the Olympic disciplines of Jumping, Eventing and Dressage.

We offer School Holiday Camps every week during in the holidays. The camps include two group lessons per day and are created to improve riders' skills and confidence through flat work and poles and, where possible, over jumps. These popular camps are a lot of fun and they provide opportunities for the children to ride bareback as well as taking the horses for a swim in the dam in summer.
