Stand Up Paddle Boarding Shellharbour offers all levels of instruction; from a beginner through to an advanced paddle boarder.
★ We teach & coach paddling technique so you can become a better paddler.
★ We offer flat water enclosed locations, exposed waters & surf SUP.
★ We also offer SUP Fit - Personal Training on paddle boards and SUP Yoga Fit - YogaFit on paddle boards.
We are a mobile SUP school, mainly based at Lake Illawarra (on the south eastern side of Windang Bridge). We have 5 permittable locations within Shellharbour which may be used depending on weather and suitability.
We also operate on Minnamurra River, which is an excellent location and often used if the wind is up. You can request this location when you book a session.
