Stage 29 Studios is Bendigo’s premier destination for dance, fitness, pole, and aerial circus arts. Since opening in 2019, we’ve built a vibrant community where people of all ages can strengthen their bodies, boost confidence, and discover the joy of movement. Our purpose is simple: to inspire and nurture a love of oneself through performance and fitness—whether on the ground or soaring through the air.

👶 Dance Programs for Kids

We proudly offer Babyballet® classes (Tots, Tinies, Movers, Groovers & Tappers) and Ready Set Ballet, Ready Set Dance and Ready Set Acro, giving children from 6 months to 6 years a magical introduction to dance. These programs focus on creativity, coordination, confidence, and fun, with themed dances, props, and music designed to spark imagination. Older students can progress into ballet, jazz, tap, and contemporary, following the Southern Federation of Dance syllabus.

🎪 Aerial & Circus Arts

Our aerial program is widely regarded as the best in the region, with classes in:

• Lyra (Aerial Hoop) – Beginner to Advanced

• Tissu (Silks) – Beginner to Advanced

• Corde Lisse (Aerial Rope)

• Aerial Hammock – Beginner to Advanced

• Static Trapeze – Kids, Teens & Adults

• Partner/Duo Silks & Hoop

These classes build strength, flexibility, and confidence while offering exhilarating ways to fly, spin, and perform.
